- What does it mean when my application Status shows
'ACTIVE'?
ACTIVE means that you are still entering information and completing the the application
process. You have not yet paid to submit your application - Please Note:
If you have paid and received confirmation from PayPal that your payment was successful,
then this status will change to PAID within 1 hour of payment during business hours
(Monday-Friday 09.00 - 17:00 excluding Public Holidays). If your application continues to
show as ACTIVE more than 1 hour after payment during business hours then
please click here.
